Owner/Principal - Cal Ergonomics

John Anderson
General Manager - NORCAL
John is the operations and A&D specialist at CE Associates, where he enhances product flow and opportunity creation, particularly in ergonomic and ancillary seating. He excels in fostering strong relationships with dealers and designers in the contract furniture community.
On a typical day, John coordinates dealer data, produces marketing materials, and explores the latest in ergonomic seating. He especially enjoys developing marketing content and workshop topics.
Katie Shafer
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Katie is a Marketing Associate at Cal Ergonomics, where she helps share the company’s story and strengthen its connection with clients and industry partners. She manages social media, supports email marketing efforts, and helps maintain a consistent brand presence across multiple platforms.
In addition to marketing initiatives, Katie researches local events, industry trends, and new opportunities to help expand Cal Ergonomics’ reach. Her creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm make her a valuable part of the team.
Luke Welter
Digital Media Specialist
Luke oversees Cal Ergonomics’ website and digital marketing, helping keep the company’s online presence current, engaging, and reflective of its brand. He develops website content, and captures photography that showcases the people, products, and spaces that make Cal Ergonomics unique.
Beyond digital media, Luke also helps organize and maintain the showroom, ensuring it provides an inviting and professional experience for visitors.
